Shipping Information and Prices: All products are shipped using U.S. Priority Mail 2-3 day service. International Rates have not been calculated, you must email me for shipping quote before purchasing.

U.S. Shipping Rates : $0 - $9.99 is $4.60, $10.00 - $100.00 is $6.00, $100.00 and Up is FREE!

Payment Types: I accept credit card,debit card and funded payments through Pay Pal. Also check or money order via snail mail. If you would like to mail in your payment via snail mail please email me for address. Please note, checks take longer to clear, order will not be filled till check has cleared, upon clearing you will be notified and item shipped.

Update Pay pal. Information: Please make sure to update your pay pal. information prior to payment, Especially your home address/shipping destination. I will not be responsible if an order ships to an old address, due to your pay pal. profile information not being up to date. If using Pay pal. for the first time, please make sure shipping address is correct before paying.

When will my order arrive : I mail all my products with USPS Priority Mail within three days, except customs. On rare occasions it may take a week, All Custom Orders have a two week manufacturing time frame before being sent out. Payment must be made prior to your order being filled. You will be notified via email when your custom order goes out.

Custom Orders: Please feel free to email me with your requests so we can talk about what you have in mind for your special order. Once we have agreed to go ahead, I will email you an invoice. Once your payment has been received I will begin your order. Shipping on custom orders is the same as In-Stock shipping prices.

Refunds: Unlike Walmart, a huge global corporation, I cannot accept everything back. I am a "One Mama Show", I manufacture all products in my home studio, instead of cheap labor oversea's. I handcraft all products making them special and unique. I take my time and pride myself on quality, with your child's safety in mind. I inspect all items thoroughly. So what does all this mean? Well, It means I have a No Refund Policy!

Exchanges: If you are not content with your order, size, pattern, colors, and would like to exchange for another, you may due so within 15 days from your purchase. Item must be in resalable condition ( unworn, unused, unstained) Shipping charges are your responsibility .There is a $5.00 restocking fee that applies. If you plan to exchange, please notify me first before sending item back. Insurance is recommended (at your cost) when shipping back, I will not be responsible for lost items.

Tri-Cities, Washington Customers: Shipping charges can be avoided for local pickup or meet up, if you are local.
